How soon can you be Here?
We have trucks available 24 hours a day 7 Days a week. We will dispatch a truck immediately with an average response time of 15 minutes depending on your location.
How do I pay for the tow?
We accept Cash, Comchek, Debit, Visa or Mastercard.
How much will the tow cost?

Can you bill my insurance company / Auto club?
State Farm customers that have Towing on there Insurance can call us directly and we can bill your Agent. We will need your policy number and agents name, address and phone number. If we can get an authorization from them, we can bill direct. But it has been our experience that it is often impossible to get that in a timely manner. We will supply you with two copies of the tow invoice. You pay the driver and submit a copy for reimbursement.
Do I have to be present at the vehicle?
Not always. With enough information and a call back phone number we can usually complete the tow without you being there. But it may go quicker if you are there with the keys.
Can I get it cheaper ?
By economizing on time and distance. Example: can the activity (tow) be done during normal business hours where we can schedule it amongst other tows to be more efficient. This saves travel times and uses return tows to reduce "dead heading" back to our area. Towing off peek hours can also save time.
