How soon can you be here?
We have trucks available 24 hours a day 7 Days a week. We will dispatch a truck immediately with an average response time of 15-20 minutes depending on your location.

How do I pay for the tow?
We accept Cash, Debit, Visa or Mastercard.

Can you bill my insurance company / Auto club?

Do I have to be present at the vehicle?
Not always. With enough information and a call back phone number we can usually complete the tow without you being there. But it may go quicker if you are there with the keys.

Can I get it cheaper ?
We always try to offer our best price up front, but maybe! If you are flexible on when you need the job completed, we may be able to schedule it amungst other tows to optimize our overall time and distance, saving you money!

I have a parking problem at my property / Business. Can you help?
Yes. Call us to discuss how we can help you comply with the State Regulations (RCW 46.55).
